Following two successful editions in 2021 and 2023, we are organizing the 3rd Workshop on Advances in Systems Immunology (ASI 2025) in conjunction with the 16th ACM Conference on Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, and Health Informatics (ACM-BCB 2025), to be held on October 11-15 Philadelphia, PA (see the workshop website at https://asi.cs.ou.edu/ for more details).
The ASI workshop aims to bring together a diverse group of researchers to discuss the latest computational advances in systems immunology bridging computer science, artificial intelligence, statistics, immunology and medicine and highlighting breakthroughs in computational immunology and bioinformatics..
